The kitchen window overlooks the pretty courtyard garden and outdoor seating area. A doorway in the kitchen leads to the ground floor bathroom.

Stepping up to the open plan dining area there is a large fridge with freezer and farmhouse table with seating for four adults, plus a highchair.
